APRIL IN PARIS

This was only to build a monochrome atmosphere in order to introduce this young woman. Gaphic, plastic artist, fashion designer, crazy bitch. Encounted in Montmartre, she was recovering from a hard trip of several days, men's jeans, repetto's, bed head. She allows us into her shelter, describes her last days hallucinations, her projects on the road ( a hair-made coat of her own, Margiela inspired), pours a glass. Shy but rapturous. She spread over the bed papers, canevas, sketch books of all sizes, huge sizes.

Her story ? Italy, a school (école de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, pompous name) , travels, too many travels, formative internships, wardrobe mistress at the Garnier Opera, furtively Bunny in a swingers club, model for schools fashion shows, illustrator now for TV, has already worked for JPG, looks for her keys, met Iggy with me a few weeks ago, and never recovered from him. Too much, too few, who knows ?

That girl has a future, sweet and nuts. Carlotta Saracco.
